One of the worst pre-Christmas lunches I've ever had! The food was warm (not hot) served on cold plates; the vegetables choice was good but became cold very quickly. Puddings were small portions. The staff were unfriendly and unable to add up the final bill! The person serving behind the carvery was bad tempered; if this was the "award winning chef" so widely advertised on their literature, I can't imagine that he has won any awards for customer service or cooking beef, which was so over cooked as to be inedible!
I made a return lunch visit to this place in January, 2010 to see if it had improved, but it was still the same and decidedly cold as well! Unless desperate, avoid this place!
