Elements

Elements is a stylish and simplistic restaurant located in the Novotel hotel. On the menu is a wonderful choice of International cuisine and to accompany your meal there is a grand selection of beers, wines and cocktails.

This restaurant does appear to be strugling a bit with the credit crunch. You can just walk in and get at table when you used to have to book cause the place got rammed. Shame as it is a lovely place to eat.
