Entelia Restaurant

After my visit to this restaurant, detailed below, I was contacted by the manager on 9th Feb. He offered to try to make amends for how I was treated, obviously realising that his staff had handled the situation badly. I replied that day and said that I was interested to hear his suggestions. I have since had no response from him - very disappointing. It seems that poor customer services go all the way to the top.

A friend and I went to Entelia for a girly lunch. There was a board outside offering a mezze for 2 for a total of £12. We were lured in by this offer ordered the 'fish mezze', only to get a bill at the end for £45! They reckoned we'd ordered a different mezze from the menu and the manager wasn't willing to discuss it with us, insisting we pay in full and saying that we should have known it wasn't the same thing! So we put down £30, thinking that that was a good compromise, and left only to find they followed us home and had called the police! Terrible customer service and a complete nightmare! So stressful and upsetting. I can't believe that they weren't willing to come to a compromise of any sort! If you go to Entelia Restaurant you'd better hope that you're happy with the food, because if you refuse to pay due to bad food or service then heaven help you!

I recently went here with work colleagues. we had a great time and order the set meze. It was excellent.

Food was great and so was the service. Highly recommended.

I've been here a few times and its pretty good. The service is quick and the staff are nice. I really enjoy it when I fancy a break from the usual quick curry.
