Picture house east bristol - don't ever go! Worst service ever as well as mediocre food (and overpriced to start with). Go to cowshed over the road instead. If that's too dear take a macdonalds, the nosh is better and the staff have better manners. Details: slowest service ever, items missed off order, staff with horrendous manners, overpriced, steak cooked not as per order (served as 'medium' by waitress when 'medium-rare' requested), customers next to us having wrong drinks delivered with no apology and rude service and wrong bill brought - then a torrent of abuse from the waitress as the bill they brought was for less than our's should have been. An expensively unpleasant experience. Would award zero stars if this site gave me the option!
