Me and my partner went to this restaurant a few months ago.The menu's were scanky and there was one waitress to serve four/five tables on a Friday night.Way to expensive for jerk chicken R&P;'s... my partner hardly had any saltfish in her ackee n saltfish. The rice was nice but my chicken wasn't freshly cooked chicken, it was dry and hard like it had been microwaved from the previous day!!Definately wont be returning!!!!!luck to even get one star!!!

A party of eleven of us went to plantation on a Saturday. The food was fine, if overpriced, for a buffet at £18.95 a head; not all the food was even out on the buffet. However, the service we received was appalling - ordering a beer was a process harder than turning lead into gold; it took about 50 minutes to get our order, which was short of several drinks - the reaction from the single waitress was "its because we are busy". Quite. The missing drinks didn't arrive (and ordering anything else wasn't easy - though a second round we managed to order eventually did) and getting them off the bill was not easy; although the staff didn't even seem sure what the bill should be. The staff weren't even that apologetic about the obvious confusion or the lack or service. Short summary; the foods OK, but overpriced; the service not existant. If you go and it's quiet, it might be alright - otherwise avoid like a Peodophille would a Police station.....

I had never tried Caribbean food before coming here and loved it! So nice to have something completely different. Outstanding!
