The service of this restaurant is very disappointing. The porter and the waitress were rude and arrogant. Will not go there again. Food was alright but on the pricey side. Waitress kept pushing my daughter's chair to get through to the other side with dishes and hot food. Health and safety also a problem. Floor leading to toilet was greasy and wet and I almost fell down.

I would give them five stars for their dim sum - extremely tasty!

However I have also been in the evening and wasn't as impressed with their evening chinese meals. Nothing special especially when you consider the price which is quite on the expensive side.

The restaurant is very grand inside. I would definitely recommend them for their dim sum - delicious!

I went there to have lunch with my family this Friday. We all had a great time there.The food is good and the service is excellent. The restaurant is very grand and big. They also provide free parking just outside the restaurant which is lovely. So would recommend it to my friends.

no plate warmers provided so by the time you pick at dishes it is cold. Staff were rushing for order.

Having the 'eat all you can', not enough food brought for number of people on table even though we all ordered the same starter.

Menu taken away as soon as you order main course. watch out for service charge added which you do not have to pay, better to leave your own tips.

might be better to have the main menu as portions are small if you choose to eat your own choice only. no sweet dishes on eat all you can, coffee expensive for small cup, charge 50p for tap water. chinese beer £3 half.

The sizzling chicken dish is out of this world and you cant beat a bit of the old cripsy duck. I bloody love the hoisin sauce. Only downer is service an be quite slow as the place is mahousive!
