Customer service is abysmal. I ordered food in the bsb Waterfront in Bristol. When this had not appeared after about 50 minutes and I noticed that other people were being served, I enquired about how much longer I would have to wait from one of the staff and was told the ‘order must not have got printed out’ but that she would place it. I asked for my money back and this was refunded. When I asked whether I make a complaint I was told that the duty manager was not there and so there was nothing she could do. When I insisted that I wished to complain she brought the chef out who said that the order had not printed out so there was nothing more than that be said. He then said I could have my money back but, I’d already received that. When I asked who I could make a complaint about this to, I was offered a complimentary meal which by now I did not have time for, or he could put the food in a bag if I hadn’t time. The next offer, after this had been declined for very obvious reasons was to see him the next time I was in there and I could have a complimentary meal. That is not an option as I do not live in Bristol and also, had I taken it up, I’m sure it would not have been honoured as there would have been no proof of the offer in the first place. I asked for a name and address to which I could make complaint and was told that there was no one but if I wished to complain I could write to him. He was either unaware of there being a group head office or would not give out details. His contact details were easy to locate myself but I received no reply.
