Oh Calcutta

We visited this restaurant with 4 friends... the service was very bad. It took 1/2 hour before anyone came to our table and then we had to ask...it took another 1/2 hour before 3 starters arrived..we then had to ask for the poppadoms...some of the main meals were lukewarm so by the time we were half way through our meals they were stone cold....The restaurant was so cold we all had to keep our coats on...customers are in and out all night for cigarettes and the door didn't close (it was Dec)...when we had paid we were asked if everything was OK we said no...but we were told at this point it was to late to do anything about it as we had already paid..The waitress took out Tel number the manager was supposed to call us the following evening needless to say we had no call...
